Time to revisit “Nancy”, a workout that for Overhead Squat novices will be all about staying in a good technique, and we’ll scale the weight all the way down to an empty bar if necessary to keep that good form.  For those that can get up and down easily with the Rx’d weight, the challenge will be to keep the pace up on those 5 runs!
