Let’s get out in the 60 degree weather (well, maybe 48 degrees if you’re at the 6am class) and run!  “Nancy” is a good test of upper-body stamina and cardio endurance, all wrapped into one sweet WOD!  Keep your hands reached up to the ceiling and squat quickly but under control, and keep a solid, consistent pace on the run.  Let’s get it!

– 15 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
