For those of you competing in the Open, I recommend a day off on Thursday or a use of the “phone it in” card (you only get a few of those per year, use them wisely!)  For others, this workout is all about trying to stay relatively consistent in your pullup sets, but don’t cheat – if you fall off the bar your set is done!
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
– Run 400M
– Max set of Pullups (set is over when hands release from the bar)
Your score is the total number of pullups you do in the workout.
