Well aren’t I the pessimist with my estimate of how long today’s WOD would take!  I guessed that 12 minutes would be a good time, and 10 mins the time to beat.  Turns out that Byron, Craig and Kenny all had designs of a sub-8-minute workout, with Craig dashing ahead for a time of 6:38.  That’s hard work paying off right there.
5 sets of 1 Squat Snatch followed by 3 Overhead Squats
8 minutes of Tabata Burpees
– Tabata intervals are 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
