Sorry for the late post.  Here’s a good stamina burner, starting with some DU’s to get your breath up a bit.  A good scaling for this workout is to break it up into manageable sets, but if you’re up for the challenge, get after 50 of each in a row!

– 50 Double-Unders
– 50 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
– 50 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
– 50 Wallballs, 20/14 lbs
