We had our first go-round with the one-armed Kettlebell Snatch and you guys looked great! There were all kinds of techniques on display, but the most correct route here is to keep the chest up through the deadlift, get a big pull close to the body, and then dive down to catch the weight overhead… sound familiar? Exactly like the two-armed Snatch! Amazing.
