This is one you might have seen Coach Kenny working on the past couple weeks.  The key transition is from Overhead Squat to the hang position, where you have to be able to hold on to the bar as it drops from overhead down to your waist.

Find 1RM of Snatch Complex (without dropping the bar, perform a Power Snatch, Overhead Squat, Hang Squat Snatch)
Work Capacity:
15 Snatch Complexes for time, at 75% of 1RM
