Here’s one from the CFKI archives of 2012. If you did this one before you remember that the push-ups and sit-ups will keep you just gassed enough so that the next round of rope climbs becomes a little bit more of a chore than the last one. Keep your focus on getting a good foothold, and squatting up the rope rather than pulling.
