Great job on another tough benchmark today, Diane being a bit more technical and a lot heavier than her 21-15-9 cousin, Fran. Not a lot of people had taken on Diane before, so I’m sure there were some times posted that you all want to beat badly next time, but the effort level was high, and there of course were some amazing scores. Notably, Alyssa (3:44) and Caleb (4:44) were our leaders – both in the talented 6pm class.
Tomorrow we’ll get the gym warmed up and then get out the door for some quick runs. Wear some layers!
