After a short hurricane week and a nice relaxing weekend (hopefully!), it’s time to get back to work! Tomorrow we’ll get some practice in with the Press to start the class off, finding our 5-rep-max (5RM). Then we’ll use that weight in a WOD with Cleans and Burpees. Burpee time!!
