I saw Rich Froning, Jason Khalipa, and a few others do this “conga line” workout with Power Cleans, and thought it looked like the most fun thing in the world.  As Andy said, you want someone on your team to be the slow one, so that you get a little break, but you don’t want it to be you!!
Strength:  15 minutes to find 1RM Snatch
Work Capacity / Teamwork:
Snatch Conga Line:
– We’ll split the class into two teams (one heavy lifters, one light), and compete against one another
– Each team will have one barbell, loaded with 90% of the weakest lifter’s 1RM Snatch
– The workout will be 10 rounds for time:
— Teammate A Snatches one time
— Teammate B Snatches one time
— Teammate C Snatches one time, and so on for as many lifters as there are in the team
