Not as many takers on a cold day of running, but those that took on the challenge displayed a huge amount of perseverance.  I didn’t see one person stopping to catch their breath, and although the runs got expectedly slower as we went, the move from squatting to running was without a thought!
Kenny got the last word tonight, completing 8 rounds + a 200M run, and Heather banged out 5 full rounds.
(We’ll do this one as a Partner WOD – between two people, complete all these reps.  The partners may be working on two different movements at the same time.  The partners must complete the run together.)
