Whew!  Wood was a rough one but even the tough ones are getting done pretty quickly these days.  I’m seeing alot of muscular, cardio, and most importantly mental endurance being displayed during these long WODs, and as a result the times are definitely coming down.  Check out, for example, Alyssa’s unruly time of 24:51 today, with Kenny on her heels at 27:50.  Those times were achieved by not slowing down the workout at all each round, and maybe even going faster at the end when you’re sure you can’t.
Prove something to yourself every day.  Put your fears aside and get started.  Do something, anything.  Once tomorrow comes, today is lost forever.
