Nice work today on all of the new skills being introduced.  The Split Jerk and the GHD Situp are not easy movements, but I saw a great base of technique being developed.  The big core strength from the GHD movements along with the confidence of going overhead with the Jerk will add so much to your Olympic lifting weights, I can’t wait to put it all together!
Top scores for tonight’s WOD: Craig (7:38) and Andrea (7:58).  I know you all want more reps on the GHD but tomorrow we’re going to get a long chipper in – it’s been a while!

50 Push-ups
50 Double-unders
25 Knees to elbows
5 Rope climb, 15 ft
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
25 Overhead squats, 65 pounds
