This week we will move up the complexity chain one more link, and focus on the Snatch.  One thing that I inadvertently taught myself in the Affiliate Challenge was that if you are not completely dialed in with your form on the Squat Snatch, you’re not going to be comfortable hitting it under pressure with a heavy weight.  You’ll gravitate back to a Power Clean, as I did, and you will fail at the margin of your ability to muscle that bar up.
Having said all of that, each day this week we will warm up with some light Overhead Squats and Snatches, getting alot of reps in with good form before testing with weight.

7 Squat Snatches, 75/35 lbs
10 Pullups
