Get some stamina work done on Thursday, starting with a Floor Press which is a Bench Press without the bench.  Use a partner to get the weight over your chest, and go to town!
Every minute on the minute, 3 Press @ 50% 1RM, 9 minutes
3 rounds, not for time:
– Max effort Floor Press, 95/65 lbs
– Max effort Ring Dip
– 3 Rope Climbs (legless)
The number of reps that you can do is directly proportional to the number of people watching you.
