Check out this sprint workout from the pages of SEALFIT.  You don’t see too many 10-round WODs, but those guys don’t shy away from longer workouts because they train mental toughness.  Do you want some of that?  Grab that barbell and don’t look back!
Work Capacity:
10 rounds for time:
– 5 Overhead Squats, 115/75 lbs
– 10 Burpees
– Run 60M
