Killer work on the past couple WODs, guys, and I’m sure everyone’s fried.  Let’s get an active recovery day tomorrow, and focus on gymnastic or other goal-related skills for 20 minutes and then get on the road for a couple chances at a mile run.  Claire let me know that October 3-4 is the anniversary of the Battle of Mogadishu in Somalia, so in honor of those soldiers who had to carry their brothers out of harm’s way, feel free to bring or borrow a ruck, sandbag or med ball.
For time:
– Run 1 mile
– Rest 4 minutes
– Run 1 mile
