Alright, people – fresh off my Gymnastics cert this weekend we are going to focus on… The Clean and Jerk!  Not gymnastics at all, of course, but I’ve been planning this progression for a while now so work with me!  This is a build-on from last week’s focus on overhead positions and the week before that we worked on squats.  Can you guess what next week is?  No, Byron, we’re not taking the week off…
The first part of the Clean is the Deadlift.  We’ll warm up tomorrow with some good leg/back/pulling movements and then get some work done on the Deadlift.  See you soon!
