Old School

Here we go with the final WOD from the 2009 Games.  As soon as I read the description, Denee shouted out “OLD SCHOOL!” and it’s true – I can imagine that the weights for this workout if it was programmed for the Games this year would be much heavier.

15 Squat Cleans, 155/105 lbs
30 Toes to bar
30 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
15 Muscle-ups
30 Push Presses, 35/18 lb KBs
30 Double-unders
15 Thrusters, 135/95 lbs
30 Pull-ups
30 Burpees
300 ft Walking Lunge with 45/25-lb plate held overhead
