Strength:  Weighted Pull-up 5-5-5-5-5 (increase in weight if possible each set)
Stamina:

– Run 400M with a 20/14 lbs medicine ball
– 50 Squat Cleans, 65/35 lbs
– Run 400M with a 20/14 lbs medicine ball
