Welcome back to me!  Vacation was great, but I’m excited to get back into some hard training with you all.  Kenny’s workouts last week will be hard to follow – but I’ll do my best.
Strength:  Deadlift 5@75%, 3@85%, 1+@95% of 1RM
Work Capacity:
3 rounds for time:
– Run 400M
– 12 Deadlifts @ bodyweight
– 21 Box Jumps, 24/20 in.
