Tabata This!

I haven’t posted since we got together on Saturday morning for the ‘Victoria’ workout – a great tribute to Victoria Soto and all the victims of the tragedy in Newtown, CT.  Alyssa, Andy, Craig, Heather, Jim and myself all completed the workout with outstanding effort, and I took an AMAZING picture of the wall where we recorded our times… and then lost my phone on the way to Grandma’s house on Saturday night.  Sweet.
I’m looking forward to getting back in the swing of things tomorrow with you guys.  Let’s get back to work!

8 rounds each, 20 secs work, 10 secs rest.

Score is total of lowest round of each exercise (for example, 4 calories + 15 squats + 3 pullups + 10 pushups + 10 situps = 42 total score)
