Truth or Consequences

It’s going to be beautiful outside, and we’ve been working all week to put this Clean and Jerk together, so…
“Truth or Consequences”
5 rounds for time:
– Run 200M
– 1 Clean and Jerk @ 90% of Clean or Jerk 1RM (whichever is lower)
In each round you may only attempt the lift once.  If you lift successfully, carry on with the workout as written.  If you miss the lift, Run 400M in the following round.  In the last round (regardless of previous misses), perform 5 successful Clean and Jerks.
