I started CrossFit because I was looking for something to fill the void that competitive sports left when college field hockey was over. I love CrossFit because it allowed me to be part of a team again, brought back my competitive spirit and challenged me physically and mentally. I started coaching in 2013 because I wanted to share my love of fitness with others to help them create the best version of themselves.
