CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
Strength:
10 rounds, not for time:
– 1 Hang Squat Snatch
– 2 Overhead Squats
Notes:
– Try to increase in weight each round
– The Overhead Squat must be done while the barbell is still overhead from the Snatch
– If you miss a lift, the round does not count.
CrossFit Light (7am)
21-15-9 reps for time:
– Deadlift (weight TBD in the warm-up)
– Burpee Bar Jump-over
* Run 200M after each round of Burpee Bar Jump-overs!
