Strength:  Every 2 minutes for 10 rounds, do 1 Front Squat.  Build up to a heavy single for the day.
Stamina:
4 rounds for time:
– 10 Lunges with 95/65 lb barbell in front rack
– 15 Box Jump-overs, 24/20″
– 20 Sit-ups
