This one was CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.4/13.3.  If you can do “Karen” in under 12 minutes, then you have some high-skill movements to move through in the remaining time.  Best of luck!

– 150 Wallballs, 20/14 lbs
– 90 Double-unders
– 30 Muscle-ups
