In today’s Strength workout, we’ll warm up with a couple sets of 10 and then a couple sets of 5, then start your working sets at a relatively heavy weight, increasing in weight if possible with tight form.  Your goal here is to practice “getting out of the hole” with a heavy weight, so make sure to get all the way down below parallel for maximum benefit.
Strength:  Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5
Work Capacity:
5 rounds for time:
– 20 Front Rack Lunges, 95/65 lbs
– 20 Burpees
