Newsflash: Teenagers aren’t kids anymore, and not yet adults.  CrossFit Teens is all about progressing our young athletes through a strength and conditioning regimen in a “crawl, walk, run” methodology.  Safety is of utmost importance, and our teens learn to master the basics before moving on to more advanced skills.
