This one is inspired from one of the 2007 CrossFit Games workouts that reappeared this year and was named, unsurprisingly, “2007”. It was pretty amazing to see how the athletes from 2013 absolutely destroyed the best times from 2007 – it wasn’t even close!

– Run 800M or complete 50 Double-Unders
– 3 rounds of the following:
– 25 Pullups
– 7 Jerks, 135/95 lbs
