Tuesday’s partner WOD was such a fun one – let’s partner up again but this time much more of a complete endurance event. Call this an “active recovery” day from lifting, getting ready for some not-so-light Thrusters on Friday!

Partner WOD: As a two-person team, perform the following for time. You may change the order of the movements but once one is started it must be completed.
– Row 2000M (each partner must row at least 500M
– 800M Farmer Carry with 70/53 lb KBs
– 100 Burpees (each partner must complete 50)
