Strength:  Overhead Squat 5-3-1-1-1-1-1 (attempt to establish a new 1-rep max)
Work Capacity:
For time:
– Row 1000M
– 20 Overhead Squats, 135/95 lbs
*At the beginning of each minute during your Overhead Squats, drop the weight and perform 10 Bar Jump-overs
CrossFit Light (7am)
5 rounds for time:
– Row 300M
– 15 Knee-ups (hanging from pull-up bar)
– 15 Push-ups
– 15 Squats
