Here we go for Round 2! Nothing terribly tricky about this one, just an all-out sprint for 10 minutes (no big deal). Seems like the strategy here might be to try not to rest at all through the Shoulder-to-Overhead and Deadlifts each round, and then take a breath when you need to in Box Jump Land.

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
– 5 Shoulder to Overhead, 115/75 lbs
– 10 Deadlifts, 115/75 lbs
– 15 Box Jumps, 24/20 in.
