When we train for Stamina we generally pull from SEALFIT, and this one is no exception.  It might sound mundane at first, but you will have to stay motivated when you get tired to start the exercises right at the top of each minute and do them quickly so that you maximize your rest time.
Strength:  Hang Snatch 3-3-3-3-3
Every minute for 20 minutes:
– Even minutes:  5 Thrusters, 135/95 lbs
– Odd minutes:  10 Burpees
