On Friday we’ll focus on Overhead Squat form and add weight only to a strong technique. Keep your weight back, go slow, and let those shoulders rotate!
Strength: Overhead Squat 5-5-3-3-1-1
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
– Run 200M with a Medicine Ball (20/10 lbs)
– 10 Pullups
– 10 Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)

Sweet! One of those workouts where afterwards I ask “how many rounds?” and a lot of people say “I really have no idea”. That’s how you know it’s a good one!!
In other news, Craig is back on top with a 6:27 time for “Karen” tonight. Couldn’t let that one go!
