If you’re running the GoRuck “Nasty” race this weekend and Wednesday is your 3rd workout of the week, I recommend sitting out Thursday and Friday.  All Nasty participants should not workout on Friday, so as not to be sore going into the long O-course.
Jackie is a tough girl, but remember it’s only one time through.  The key to improving your time here is to not kill yourself on the row, delay putting the Thruster bar down as long as possible (you’ll rest for a longer time if the bar is on the rack/ground), and then finish with a sprint through the pullups.  Go hard!
For time:
– Row 1000M
– 50 Thrusters, 45/35 lbs
– 30 Pullups
