In the Hang Clean, you perform each rep starting from the “Hang” position: standing with the barbell in your hands with straight arms relaxed at your sides.  In the 5×10 stamina workout, do not increase the weight if you cannot complete 10 reps without putting the bar down.
Stamina:  Hang Clean 10-10-10-10-10
100 Double-Unders for time
– Every minute stop and complete 5 Hang Cleans @ 75/45 lbs
– The Eversole Rule:  If you finish the workout under 5 minutes, go on to 200 Double-Unders
