Dan ripping off a kipping pullup

Welcome back to “Big Mike” McCarthy, who came back for a workout tonight and introduced his mother to CrossFit as well!  Mike was one of our first athletes, and now is a Marine 2nd Lieutenant stationed in Quantico, on his way to Pensacola for flight school soon.  Good to have both of you back anytime!
Also, a high-five in advance to Ryan George, who is the only one signed up for class tomorrow. What, are the rest of you going to be out partying all night? I’m jealous, and I’m sure Ryan is too.  You all better have some good stories to bring back!
