Michelle “hitting parallel” in the Back Squat

Some days you get personal training in a group class environment, and some days you just get a group class all to yourself – such was the case today with one person each in the 4:30 and 5:30 classes.  Michelle and Dan got through some tough sets of Back Squats, and then banged out a quick conditioning WOD, with Dan (4:40 Rx) topping the charts and Michelle (7:00 @ 65lbs) moving at a blistering pace as well!  Great work, guys, and Happy New Year to all!
Skillwork:  Choice (work on weakness or goals)
Endurance:  Row 2000M for time
