We’ll see if someone can get through the round of 25 on the “Killer B’s” workout – I bet it can be done.  I’ll give it a shot with you guys at the 6am extravaganza.

Strength:  10 minutes to work up to your Press 1RM, then EMOM for 10 minutes of as many reps at 90% 1RM as possible
Endurance:
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
– 5 Burpees
– 5 Box Jumps
– 5 Back Extensions
– 10 Burpees
– 10 Box Jumps
– 10 Back Extensions
– 15 Burpees
– 15 Box Jumps
– 15 Back Extensions
and so on, adding 5 reps to each exercise each time through the triplet
