Hard Cindy

Alright, here’s a sneaky second “benchmark” for ya this week!  Hard Cindy is a variation that up’s the difficulty level of the pull-up, push-up, squat, but still in a way that can be scaled but still more difficult than the standard issue “Cindy”.
BTW – congrats to Alyssa and Matis who made it through the Round of 25 in Thursday’s workout!  WOD Killers!

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
– 5 Weighted Pull-ups, 35/18 lbs
– 10 Push-ups with feet on 30/24″ box
– 15 Squats holding a 45/35 lb plate
