After a few tough days in a row, including Wednesday’s “Bulger” that once again threatened the title of “the toughest workout we’ve ever done”, let’s spend some time focused on building experience with Squat Snatch repetition.  For each round, the Overhead Squats should be unbroken – this will keep the weight to a manageable level.

– 5 Overhead Squats
– 5 Squat Snatches
