2 Overhead Squats every minute for 10 minutes.  Increase in weight to a heavy double.
Stamina:
5 rounds for time:
– 25M Overhead Walking Lunge, 95/65 lbs
– 15 Weighted GHD Back Extensions, 35/25 lbs plate
– 200M Farmers Carry, 35/26 lbs kettlebell in each hand
