Endurance:  Row 5000M for time
Skillwork:  Work on goal for 15 minutes.
If you don’t have a goal, it’s time to create one!  Think about something that you would like to achieve in the gym in the next 3 months.  Work with a coach to create a plan, and start attacking it!
