Strength: 1 Power Snatch + 1 Muscle-up every minute for 10 minutes
Work Capacity:
In 3 minutes, Run 400M and then complete as many Deadlifts as possible (using last weight from Power Snatch workout)
Rest 2 minutes
In 3 minutes, Run 400M and then complete as many Muscle-ups as possible
Rest 2 minutes
In 3 minutes, Run 400M and then complete as many Burpees over the barbell as possible
