Now that the ESAC is behind us, let’s work hard toward the next one!  This will be our last week of Back Squat and Press prescribed lifting, and starting next week  we will transition into a couple more lifts.
Strength:  Back Squat 5@70%, 5@80%, 4@85%, 3@90%, 1@100% 1RM
4 rounds, not timed:
– 3 Back Squats, 225/155 lbs
– 10 Pistols, alternating legs
– 8 Good Mornings, 95/65 lbs
