Wow, what a nasty piece of workout that was on Friday.  High reps of burpees and heavy snatches?  I guess that’s what happens when CrossFit, Inc has a full year to plan the next beginning workout of the Open.  For those of us not totally satisfied with our results, let’s hit it again on Sunday.  Let me know if you’re interested and we’ll plan a time to meet up.
For tomorrow, though, let’s take it easy and bask in the glory of our accomplishments as CrossFit Games athletes, if even just for a few minutes.  Think about the workout – what did you do well?  What could be improved on?  Then reframe the things to work on as positive, focused energy for your next “event”, which for many of us will be Open WOD 13.2, whatever that might be!  Remember to refuel properly tonight and the rest of the weekend, and come back ready to hit it hard.
Rest Day
I’ve always wanted to do that.
