Strength: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 (work up to a 5-rep max for the day)
CrossFit Light (7am)
Work Capacity:
10-8-6-4-2 reps for time:
– Overhead Squat, 65/35 lbs
– Pull-up (banded so that at least 3 consecutive reps can be completed)
* Run 200M after each round
