CrossFit (6am, 9:45am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
Strength:  3 Presses every 90 seconds, for 5 rounds.  Start with a moderate weight and increase whenever possible.
Work Capacity:
Every 8 minutes, for 2 rounds:
– Row 1000M
– Run 200M
– As many Push Press as possible, 95/65 lbs
Your score is the total number of Push Press reps in both rounds combined.
